Wilbert Harrison

Famous for his version of “Kansas City” and for writing the infectious hippy-rock song “Let’s Work Together/Let’s Stick Together”.

Wilbert was Artists Rights’ first client. Chuck Rubin, his manager at the time, was asked to investigate the reason he was not receiving his artist royalties. Chuck successfully re-established Wilbert’s long overdue royalty stream, and discovered that his plight was not unique. Artists Rights was soon up and running.
